SMIRNOFF Goes OG On Moscow Mule
Earlier this week SMIRNOFF Vodka released their second iteration of the Exclusively for Everybody campaign titled “The Road Trip” starring actors and comedians T.J. Miller and Thomas Middleditch.
T.J. and Thomas embarked on a road trip from Hollywood to New York Comic Con to pitch a new superhero movie and, as expected from the two comedians, the trip is quite entertaining! In one stop, T.J. and Thomas learn about the history of the Moscow Mule – which is actually not created by Dave nor in Moscow – but invented in LA, in 1941, and by SMIRNOFF Vodka. Thus, T.J. naming his cocktail the “OG LA Moscow Mule.”
“OG LA MOSCOW MULE”
Ingredients
1.5 oz. SMIRNOFF No. 21 Vodka
3 oz. Ginger beer
1 tsp Simple syrup
.25 oz. Lime juice
1 slice Lime
Directions: In a copper mug with ice, add SMIRNOFF No. 21 Vodka, simple syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime slice.
The Exclusively for Everybody campaign, which launched last year with Alison Brie and Adam Scott, continues the mission to show that good times are better when everyone is included.
