Merry Cherry

1 ½ parts COURVOISIER® VSOP Cognac

½ part Cherry Heering Liqueur

6 black cherries

Dash of gomme

Soda water

Mint for garnish

Directions: Muddle cherries in a mixing glass before adding all the other ingredients. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass; top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a single cherry.

French Kiss

½ part COURVOISIER VSOP Cognac

Good Champagne

1 sugar cube (optional)

Directions: Add Courvoisier Cognac to Champagne glass. Fill with Champagne and drop in 1 sugar cube.

Maple Toddy

2 parts COURVOISIER VS Cognac

1 teaspoon of good Maple Syrup

2 parts Steaming Hot Apple Cider

2 parts Hot Water

Directions: Pre-heat your mug by adding hot water and discard. Build cocktail in mug adding hot water last and garnish with a lemon wheel.

SPARKLING COGNAC

Ingredients:

1 part Courvoisier VSOP cognac

1 Demerara sugar cube

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Top up with Champagne

Directions:

Soak a sugar cube in bitters and drop into a Champagne flute. Cover with Courvoisier VS Cognac and slowly top with Champagne.

HOLIDAY SLEIGH RIDE

Ingredients:

1¼ parts Courvoisier VSOP

¾ part cranberry juice

1½ parts fresh lemon sour

1 part fresh orange juice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cinnamon/sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange spiral twist.

HOT TODDY

Ingredients:

1.5 parts Courvoisier VSOP

1 half-moon slice of orange

1 wedge of lemon

3 whole cloves

1 part agave nectar

Hot water

Directions:

In an Irish coffee mug muddle the cloves, orange, and lemon. Add nectar and Courvoisier VSOP and top with steaming hot water. Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:

1 part Courvoisier VS

1 part Fresh Lemon Sour

.5 part DeKuyper® Apricot Brandy

4 parts Apple Cider

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral twist and a dash of fresh ground cinnamon.

WITCHES BREW

Ingredients:

1.25 parts Courvoisier VSOP

.75 parts DeKuper Sour Apple Pucker

Splash of orange juice

Splash of grenadine

Directions:

Build cocktail in order in an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a cherry.
